About Brocious Plumbing, Heating & AC, LLC

Brocious Plumbing, Heating & AC, LLC started business in 2001 out of our home in Gettysburg, Ohio. 

We have outgrown our business location 4 times and are currently located on Red River West Grove Rd, South of Gettysburg. This is our final location, I hope. 

There have been many changes over the years, licenses gained, trainings taken, and much experience to learn from.

Our biggest change came in 2019 when my wife and business partner died suddenly. That necessitated huge changes in my business. 

We pride ourselves on our quality of work and our experience. We still continually try to do better and fix our flaws.

We don’t rely on the ridiculously expensive advertising that others do on the radio, instead relying on signage and word of mouth. The old school way.

Our licenses and certifications are plumbing, water treatment, wells, well pumps, gas lines through Vectren’s & Centerpoint’s courses, universal refrigerant, multiple flexible gas lines, advanced certifications for Rinnai tankless water heaters..
